Ingredients:
250g pasta
1 onion
1 paprika (bell pepper)
450g ground beef
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
180ml heavy cream
150g tomatoes
70g spinach
50g cheese (of your choice)
Salt, black pepper to taste
Olive oil
Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and paprika (bell pepper). Sauté until softened.
Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
Add minced garlic and tomato paste to the skillet. Stir well to combine with the beef mixture.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir until the sauce is creamy and well mixed.
Add diced tomatoes and spinach to the skillet. Cook until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes are softened.
Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated evenly with the sauce.
Grate cheese over the pasta and let it melt into the sauce.
Serve the restaurant-style pasta hot, garnished with extra cheese and fresh herbs if desired.
