#### Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– Salt and black pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
#### Instructions
**1. Sear the Chicken:**
– In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
– Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
**2. Make the Sauce:**
– In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
– Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, whisking until smooth.
**3. Combine:**
– Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
**4. Serve:**
– Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. This dish pairs wonderfully with pasta or rice to soak up the creamy sauce.
#### Tips:
– For extra flavor, add sautéed spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce.
– Adjust the cheese amount for a richer or lighter sauce!
