#Preparation_Method
We put 165 grams of egg white in the mixer until it becomes meringue. We put 450 grams of coarse sugar + 150 grams of water in a pot on the stove until it reaches a temperature of 118. We put them on the meringue
In the mixer

We put 450 grams of powdered sugar + 450 grams of almond powder + 165 grams of egg white with stirring until it becomes a cohesive dough. We close the mixer and put this dough and stir it in a circular motion from top to bottom with a spoon, then break it

Oven temperature 150. It takes 15 minutes with follow-up
