Ingredients:
• 2 chicken breasts, cubed
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 4 large flour tortillas
Directions:
Cook Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
Make Garlic Sauce: Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and parsley in a bowl. Set aside.
Assemble Wraps: Lay out tortillas, add cooked chicken, sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella, and drizzle garlic sauce.
Wrap and Toast: Fold tortillas, roll tightly, and toast in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese melts.
