4 beef steaks
4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
2 tablespoons olive oil 🫒
1 teaspoon dried thyme 🌿
4 cups thinly sliced potatoes 🥔
1 cup grated cheddar cheese 🧀
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) 🔥.
Season beef steaks with garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef steaks until browned, about 4 minutes per side.
Arrange potato slices in a baking dish.
Mix heavy cream with cheddar cheese and pour over potatoes.
Place beef steaks on top of potatoes.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and beef steaks reach 145°F (63°C) internal temperature. Servings: 4
