**Ingredients:**
– 2 cups cooked sushi rice, cooled
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
– 4-6 fruit roll-ups
– Assorted fruits (such as strawberries, bananas, mangoes, and kiwis), thinly sliced
– Nutella or other chocolate spread
– Sesame seeds (optional)
– Coconut flakes (optional)
**Directions:**
1. In a bowl, mix the cooked sushi rice with sugar and rice vinegar. Allow it to cool completely.
2. Place a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface and lay a fruit roll-up on top.
3. Spread a thin layer of the rice over the fruit roll-up, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Place slices of fruit and a small line of Nutella or chocolate spread along the center of the rice.
5. Using the plastic wrap, roll the sushi tightly.
6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
7. Once all the sushi rolls are made, use a sharp knife to slice them into bite-sized pieces.
8. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds or coconut flakes over the sushi.
