Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls

Here’s a delicious and easy recipe for Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls – cheesy, garlicky, and packed with flavor! Perfect for a party snack, appetizer, or even a fun dinner idea


Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup pizza or marinara sauce (plus extra for dipping)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


‍ Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven

    • Set to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking sheet.

  2. Prepare the Dough

    • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

  3. Add Toppings

    • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce.

    • Sprinkle mozzarella and a bit of Parmesan over the sauce.

    • Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly.

  4. Roll It Up

    • Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.
