Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Sandwiches

Here’s an easy and super flavorful recipe for Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Sandwiches — creamy, cheesy, and absolutely perfect for busy weeknights or game day!


Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional for extra cheesy goodness)

  • 6–8 sandwich buns or rolls

  • Optional toppings: crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles


Instructions:

  1. Load the Crock Pot

    • Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.

    • Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the top.

    • Add cream cheese on top of the chicken.

  2. Cook

    • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.

  3. Shred and Mix

    • Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks directly in the crock pot.

    • Stir everything together until creamy and well combined.
