1 box (12 oz) rotini or penne pasta
-
1 tbsp olive oil (if needed)
For the Alfredo sauce:
-
2 tbsp butter
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for tang)
-
Salt & pepper to taste
Toppings (optional but recommended):

Cooked bacon bits
-
Diced pickles

Chopped tomatoes
-
Green onions
-
Extra cheese on top!
 Instructions:
-
Cook the pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
-
Cook the beef:
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease and set beef aside.
-
Make the Alfredo sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in cheddar, Parmesan, and Dijon mustard. Season to taste.
-
Combine it all:
Add the cooked pasta and beef into the Alfredo sauce. Mix until everything is coated in cheesy goodness.
-
Top it off:
Add your favorite cheeseburger toppings — bacon, pickles, tomatoes, green onions — and an extra sprinkle of cheese.
-
Serve hot & enjoy every bite!
