Savory Cajun Chicken over Creamy Parmesan Linguine
Ingredients
For the Cajun Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter
For the Creamy Parmesan Linguine:
-
8 oz linguine
-
2 tbsp butter
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the Pasta:
Boil linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. -
Season and Sear the Chicken:
Rub Cajun seasoning all over chicken breasts. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden. Remove and let rest, then slice. -
Make the Cream Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 min). Add cream, and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until smooth and melted. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. -
Combine:
Toss cooked linguine in the creamy sauce. Plate and top with sliced Cajun chicken. -
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with parsley and a little extra Parmesan if you’re feeling fancy!
