Crockpot Steak Bites
Juicy, garlic-butter steak bites slow-cooked until tender and flavorful — perfect over rice, mashed potatoes, or with veggies.
Ingredients:

2 lbs sirloin steak (or stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes)

3 tbsp butter, melted

3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp garlic powder (or 3 fresh cloves, minced)

1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup beef broth
Optional for richness: 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or red wine
Instructions:
1. Prep Meat:
Trim steak and cut into bite-sized cubes. Pat dry for best browning.
2. Mix Marinade:
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and beef broth.
3. Crockpot Time:

Add steak bites to the crockpot.

Pour sauce mixture over and stir to coat.
4. Cook Low & Slow:

Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until steak is fork-tender.
5. Finish & Serve:
Optional: Stir in an extra tablespoon of butter at the end for a glossy, rich finish. Garnish with chopped parsley.
