Ingredients:
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 large apple, julienned (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Granny Smith work well)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds or sunflower seeds (optional, for crunch)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dressing:
