Ingredients:
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- ¼ cup salsa
- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for brushing)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions:

Cook the taco filling:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add salt, black pepper, and taco seasoning. Stir well.
- Mix in the salsa and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Assemble the taco bombs:
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the taco beef mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Carefully fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal.

Air fry:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the taco bombs seam-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder if using.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown.
