Ingredients:
- 2 bags Pepperidge Farm Chessmen Cookies or 2 bags Vanilla Wafers
- 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (5 oz.) box French Vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (or an equal amount of sweetened whipped cream)
Directions:
- Line the bottom of a 13×9-inch dish with one bag of cookies, then layer the sliced bananas on top.
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding mix until smooth using a handheld electric mixer.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
- Combine the cream cheese mixture with the pudding mixture, stirring until fully blended.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the cookies and bananas.
- Top with the remaining cookies.
- Refrigerate until chilled and ready to serve. Enjoy!
