Best Banana Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 bags Pepperidge Farm Chessmen Cookies or 2 bags Vanilla Wafers
  • 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (5 oz.) box French Vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (or an equal amount of sweetened whipped cream)

Directions:

  1. Line the bottom of a 13×9-inch dish with one bag of cookies, then layer the sliced bananas on top.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding mix until smooth using a handheld electric mixer.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Combine the cream cheese mixture with the pudding mixture, stirring until fully blended.
  6. Pour the mixture evenly over the cookies and bananas.
  7. Top with the remaining cookies.
  8. Refrigerate until chilled and ready to serve. Enjoy!
