Blueberry Lemon Donuts Recipe (Baked)
Ingredients:
For the Donuts:
- 
1 cup all-purpose flour 
- 
1/3 cup sugar 
- 
1 tsp baking powder 
- 
1/4 tsp baking soda 
- 
Pinch of salt 
- 
1/3 cup milk 
- 
1 egg 
- 
2 tbsp melted butter 
- 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 
Zest of 1 lemon 
- 
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (tossed in 1 tsp flour) 
For the Glaze:
- 
1/2 cup powdered sugar 
- 
1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 
- 
Optional: extra lemon zest or a few mashed blueberries for color 
Instructions:
- 
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan. 
- 
In a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt. 
- 
In another bowl, mix wet ingredients: milk, egg, melted butter, vanilla, and lemon zest. 
- 
Combine wet and dry, then gently fold in the blueberries. 
- 
Spoon or pipe batter into the donut pan, filling each about 3/4 full. 
- 
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean. 
- 
Let cool before dipping in glaze. Add sprinkles or extra zest if you like!
