Chicken Alfredo Tater Tot Casserole

Layers of juicy chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and golden tater tots baked to perfection — family favorite comfort food!


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great)

  • 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce (or homemade Alfredo sauce)

  • 1 (10 oz) bag frozen tater tots

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional, steamed)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

2. Mix Chicken & Sauce:
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add steamed broccoli if using and stir to mix.

3. Assemble Casserole:
Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the casserole dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

4. Add Tater Tots:
Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.

5. Bake:
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy, and the casserole is bubbly.

6. Garnish & Serve:
Let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve with a crisp green salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
