Crispy Air Fryer Garlic & Herb Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds small potatoes (Yukon Gold or baby red), halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Air Fryer – Set to 400°F (200°C).

2️⃣ Prepare the Potatoes – Wash, dry, and halve the small potatoes.

3️⃣ Season – In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika.

4️⃣ Air Fry – Spread potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crispy and golden brown.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy – Garnish with fresh parsley or parmesan cheese for extra flavor!
