Ingredients:

1 banana, sliced

½ cup red grapes

½ cup green grapes

½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

½ cup mandarin orange segments (fresh or canned)

½ cup strawberries or cherries (optional)

1 tbsp lemon or lime juice (to prevent browning)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Fresh mint leaves or parsley, for garnish
Instructions:

Rinse all fruits thoroughly.

Slice banana and any larger fruits into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, combine all the fruit.

Drizzle with lemon or lime juice and honey or syrup, if using. Gently toss to mix.

Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to chill.
