Ingredients:

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon ketchup (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon mustard (optional)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)

For the Dough:

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count, like Pillsbury Grands)
(or use pizza dough if you prefer)

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Make the beef filling:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onions until browned and cooked through.

  • Drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional ketchup/mustard if using.

  • Let cool slightly, then stir in the shredded cheese.

2. Stuff the biscuits:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Flatten each biscuit round into a 4-inch circle.

  • Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each.

  • Fold up the edges and pinch to seal into a ball shape.

3. Bake:

  • Place seam-side down on the prepared sheet.

  • Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush each biscuit generously with the garlic butter.

  • Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

4. Serve:

  • Let cool slightly, then serve warm. Great with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce!

Tips:

  • Add chopped pickles to the beef for a Big Mac-style flavor.

  • Want spice? Stir in jalapeños or pepper jack cheese.

  • Make mini versions using smaller dough pieces for party appetizers.
