No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Perfect for Any Occasion

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup butter (softened)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Filling

    • In a bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until smooth.

    • Gradually stir in powdered sugar until a dough forms. It should be firm enough to roll into balls — if too sticky, add a bit more sugar.

  2. Roll ‘Em Up

    • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.

    • Chill in the fridge or freezer for 20–30 minutes until firm.

  3. Melt the Chocolate

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  4. Dip & Set

    • Using a fork or toothpick, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.

    • Place back on parchment paper and chill until the chocolate sets (fridge: ~15 mins, freezer: ~5).

✨ Optional Toppings:

  • Sprinkle with crushed peanuts, sea salt flakes, or festive sprinkles before chocolate sets.

Storage:

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
