Peanut Butter Cup Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:

1½ cups creamy peanut butter

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1½ tsp vanilla extract

2¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda
-
½ tsp salt
-
24 mini peanut butter cups (unwrapped)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cream together peanut butter, butter, and sugars until fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly combine with wet ingredients.

Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place into mini muffin tin.

Bake for 8–10 mins, then immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into the center of each.

Let cool completely before removing.
