Pizza Grilled Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:

4 slices of sandwich bread (white, sourdough, or your fave)

2 tbsp butter, softened

1/4 cup pizza sauce

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

8 slices pepperoni (or more! optional: cooked sausage, mushrooms, etc.)

1/4 tsp dried oregano

Optional: grated parmesan & red pepper flakes
Instructions:

Butter one side of each bread slice.

On the non-buttered side, spread pizza sauce, then top with mozzarella, pepperoni, and a sprinkle of oregano.

Place the second slice of bread on top (butter side out).

Grill in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and the cheese is melty.
