Pizza Grilled Cheese – The ultimate mashup of two comfort food legends!
Crispy, cheesy, saucy, and gooey — this quick recipe is perfect for lunch, dinner, or that late-night craving.
Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches):

4 slices of Italian bread or sourdough

4 tbsp butter (softened)

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or mini pepperoni)

1/4 cup pizza sauce

Optional: pinch of Italian seasoning, grated Parmesan, and crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:

Butter one side of each slice of bread.

On the non-buttered side, spread pizza sauce.

Add mozzarella, pepperoni, and a dash of seasoning.

Top with another slice, buttered side out.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook until golden and crispy on both sides (about 3-4 mins per side).
