Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can (8 oz) PillsburyTM refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 8 sausage links
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, beat the 5 eggs together. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the beaten eggs for later.
  3. Scramble the remaining eggs in a pan until cooked through.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough on a clean work surface and separate it into 8 triangles.
  5. Cut each slice of Cheddar cheese in half and place one half on each triangle of dough.
  6. On top of the cheese, add a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link.
  7. Carefully roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point. Place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Brush the tops of the roll-ups with the reserved beaten eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper for flavor.
