Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 can (8 oz) PillsburyTM refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 8 sausage links
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, beat the 5 eggs together. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the beaten eggs for later.
- Scramble the remaining eggs in a pan until cooked through.
- Unroll the crescent dough on a clean work surface and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Cut each slice of Cheddar cheese in half and place one half on each triangle of dough.
- On top of the cheese, add a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link.
