Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1½ cups mushrooms (button, cremini, or shiitake), sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or sesame oil for extra flavor)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (to thicken the sauce)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Clean and Chop
    • Rinse the broccoli and mushrooms. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets and slice the mushrooms.
