Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry

A quick, flavorful, and healthy stir-fry that’s ready in minutes—perfect over rice or noodles!


Ingredients:

For the Stir Fry:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or sesame oil for extra flavor)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Serving:

  • Cooked rice or noodles

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare Ingredients

  • Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Steam or blanch broccoli for 1-2 minutes until slightly tender.

2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  • Remove from the pan and set aside.

3️⃣ Sauté the Aromatics

  • In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, until fragrant.

4️⃣ Stir-Fry the Broccoli

  • Add broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

5️⃣ Combine Everything

  • Return shrimp to the pan and pour in soy sauce.
  • Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, ensuring everything is well coated.

6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy

  • Serve over steamed rice or noodles and enjoy!
