Stir-Fried Shrimp and Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)

  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 1 tbsp water)

  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Sesame seeds & green onions (for garnish)


‍ Instructions:

  1. Steam or blanch broccoli for 2–3 mins until bright green, then drain.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, and cornstarch slurry.

  3. Heat oil in a large skillet/wok. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
