Strawberry Icebox Pie

A creamy, delicious no-bake strawberry pie that’s perfect for warm days!

Ingredients:

  • 1 graham cracker crust (9-inch)
  • 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 cup fresh diced strawberries (optional)
    • If using fresh strawberries, mix with 1/4 cup sugar and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and Cool Whip. Stir until smooth.
    • Gently fold in the strawberry pie filling and fresh strawberries (if using).
  2. Assemble the Pie:
    • Pour the strawberry mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  3. Chill:
    • Cover the pie with plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.
  4. Serve:
    • Garnish with extra Cool Whip, fresh strawberries, or a drizzle of strawberry syrup if desired.
    • Slice and serve chilled.
