A creamy, delicious no-bake strawberry pie that’s perfect for warm days!
Ingredients:
- 1 graham cracker crust (9-inch)
- 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
- 1 cup fresh diced strawberries (optional)
- If using fresh strawberries, mix with 1/4 cup sugar and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Instructions:
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and Cool Whip. Stir until smooth.
- Gently fold in the strawberry pie filling and fresh strawberries (if using).
- Assemble the Pie:
- Pour the strawberry mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Chill:
- Cover the pie with plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.
- Serve:
- Garnish with extra Cool Whip, fresh strawberries, or a drizzle of strawberry syrup if desired.
