Best American Goulash (One-Pot Classic)
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

2 cups beef broth
-
1 tbsp soy sauce (optional for depth)

2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

In a large pot, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper, and cook for 1 more minute.

Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and soy sauce. Bring to a gentle boil.

Stir in uncooked macaroni. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes until pasta is tender.

Optional: Stir in cheddar cheese just before serving for a cheesy twist.
