Cafeteria Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb spaghetti or egg noodles
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder (optional, for extra flavor)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Optional: Cooked chicken or beef for a heartier version
Instructions:

Cook the Noodles
Boil noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside. -
Sauté the Aromatics
In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until fragrant and softened. -
Add the Flavor
Stir in the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and chicken bouillon (if using). Mix well to combine. -
Toss the Noodles
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well coated. Add salt and pepper to taste. -
